These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the gk55 platform ("gk55", "we", or "the Platform") and the user ("you" or "member"). By browsing or using the website gk55.mom, you fully agree to these Terms.

To open an account and use gk55 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on gk55. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances, including pending withdrawals, will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. Any change to your name, phone number, date of birth, or other key details must be reported to the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the gk55 support team immediately.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gk55 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Funds sent through any other method may not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur due to KYC verification or bank processing.

4.4 Account Ownership

Withdrawals will be returned to the same account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. gk55 reserves the right to hold withdrawals on suspicious transactions and may request additional documentation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gk55 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on specific games or betting categories — separate detailed terms apply to each offer.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion repeatedly or abusively is a punishable offence.
• gk55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once the system confirms it and issues a reference number. Incomplete bets due to technical issues may be deemed void.

6.2 Odds Changes

Changes to odds or game outcomes after a bet is confirmed will not affect the previously confirmed bet. However, if an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet will be refunded.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum single win limit may apply to certain games or events. Details of this limit will be displayed on the relevant game or betting page. gk55 reserves the right to investigate unusually large wins.

6.4 Ties & Cancelled Outcomes

If a cricket, football, or other sports event is cancelled due to rain, infrastructure issues, or other reasons, the bet amount is generally refunded. Where special rules apply, they will be clearly stated in the relevant section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk55 platform. Violating this prohibition will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate games or betting.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Colluding with other parties to predetermine game outcomes.
• Registering under a false identity or evading the identity verification process.
• Accessing the platform using a proxy or VPN from a prohibited or restricted region.

8.1 Termination by gk55

gk55 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason and without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. After submitting a request to the support team, any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal under the applicable rules. If ongoing bonus or betting wagering requirements are not met before account closure, the relevant bonus will be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Break
